Garlic Butter Prawns

GARLIC BUTTER PRAWNS

Ingredients: ( Serves 4 )
Deveined prawns - 500 gm ( Not sure how to devein? Find it here )
Garlic Paste - 2 tablespoons
Butter - 3 tablespoons
Italian Seasoning - 1/2 teaspoon
Pizza Seasoning - 1/2 teaspoon
Crushed dry mint - 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon - 2
Salt and Pepper to taste

Cooking time - 8  minutes

Wash and keep the prawns aside. Heat a pan (If its a pan with a lid, its better) and melt the butter. Add the garlic paste to it. Saute it for 2 minutes until the raw smell is gone. Add prawns saute it for 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper and toss the pan a little bit. Close the lid for 1 minutes and let it cook in the heat. You will find prawns releasing water and it will be sufficient to get them cooked. Now add the Italian seasoning, Pizza seasoning, Crushed dry mint, saute it and close the lid for 2 more minutes. Finally squeeze the juice of 2 lemons and stir.

Viollaaa! Its done :)

Your Garlic butter Prawns with go well with French breads. If you love your food being soupy then all you need it to grab a spoon and eat it as such :)

Things to note:
1. Adjust garlic amount as per your need. But usually the more its garlicky, the more its yummy.
2. Don't overcook the shrimp as it will become rubbery.
3. Make sure its little saucy and not dry. If you feel its too dry, then add 2 tablespoons of water, not more than that.
